What counts as a "request"?

A request is any API call your agents make to OpenAI or Anthropic. Each message sent to a model counts as one request, regardless of token count. Token costs are tracked separately.
Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade anytime — changes take effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing period. No contracts.
Do you store my API keys?

Yes, but encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We need them to pull usage data from OpenAI and Anthropic on your behalf. You can revoke them at any time.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You'll see a notification in the dashboard. Your data won't be deleted, but syncing new usage may pause until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts.
Is there an annual discount?
